Welcome to Latino Investment Club LLC («Latino Investment Club,» «Company,» «we,» «our,» or «us»).

These Terms and Conditions («Terms») govern your access to and use of our websites, online learning platform, membership programs, webinars, events, digital resources, community, and all related services (collectively, the «Services»).

By accessing, registering for, purchasing, or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our Services.

2. Eligibility

Our Services are intended exclusively for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you satisfy these requirements.

3. Description of Services

Latino Investment Club provides educational resources related to real estate investing, including but not limited to:

Online educational content
Monthly membership
Live and recorded webinars
Digital resources
Private online community
Educational consultations
Live training events

All content is provided solely for educational and informational purposes.

4. Membership

Access to the Campus and its educational content is provided through an active membership subscription.

Membership automatically renews at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled by the Member.

Members may cancel their subscription at any time through their account or by contacting Customer Support.

Upon cancellation, access to the educational platform will remain available until the end of the current billing period.

If payment cannot be processed, Stripe may automatically attempt to collect payment up to three (3) additional times. If payment remains unsuccessful, membership may be suspended or canceled automatically.

5. Payments

Payments are securely processed through Stripe.

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD).

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect payments already processed.

6. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all purchases are final.

Latino Investment Club maintains a strict No Refund Policy.

Exceptions may be considered solely in cases involving:

Duplicate charges;
Billing errors;
Technical payment processing issues;
Situations where a refund is required by applicable law.

Submitting a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve a billing concern may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account.

7. Access to Educational Content

Educational videos, lessons, recordings, and online courses remain available only while your membership is active.

Membership grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the educational platform.

Access expires immediately upon termination or cancellation of membership.

Users may not download, reproduce, copy, redistribute, or publicly display any protected video content without prior written authorization.

8. Downloadable Resources

Certain Services may include downloadable resources such as templates, worksheets, checklists, or PDF documents.

Upon download, Members receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for their own personal or business purposes.

Latino Investment Club LLC retains all intellectual property rights, copyrights, trademarks, and ownership of all downloadable materials.

Members may not represent downloaded materials as their own original copyrighted work.

9. Intellectual Property

All content available through our Services—including videos, presentations, graphics, logos, software, branding, written materials, recordings, website content, and educational resources—is the exclusive property of Latino Investment Club LLC or its licensors.

Nothing contained in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to the User.

10. Educational Use

Members are encouraged to apply the knowledge, methodologies, strategies, and educational concepts learned through our Services in their own personal or professional activities.

However, Users may not:

Represent themselves as employees, instructors, partners, or authorized representatives of Latino Investment Club;
Use our trademarks, logos, trade dress, or branding without written permission;
Reproduce, copy, redistribute, record, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit protected videos, presentations, or other copyrighted materials.

The ideas you learn are yours to apply.

The content we create remains ours.

11. Community Guidelines

Our private community is intended to foster respectful collaboration.

The following activities are prohibited:

Spam
Harassment
Hate speech
Discrimination
Offensive language
Advertising other businesses
Unauthorized promotional content
Posting external promotional links

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal without refund.

12. Webinars and Event Recordings

Live webinars, coaching sessions, workshops, and events may be recorded.

By registering for or attending any event, you consent to the recording and use of your name, image, voice, likeness, questions, comments, and participation.

You grant Latino Investment Club LLC a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use such recordings for educational, promotional, commercial, marketing, and archival purposes without additional compensation.

Recorded webinars may be made available to Members after the event.

13. Testimonials

You may voluntarily submit reviews, testimonials, comments, photos, or feedback regarding our Services.

By submitting such content, you grant Latino Investment Club LLC permission to use, reproduce, edit, publish, and distribute your testimonial for marketing and educational purposes unless you expressly request otherwise.

14. Investment Disclaimer

Latino Investment Club LLC is an educational company.

We do not provide financial, investment, legal, accounting, tax, or real estate brokerage services.

Nothing contained within our Services constitutes investment advice, financial planning, legal advice, or a recommendation to purchase, sell, or invest in any particular asset.

15. No Guarantee of Results

Every investment involves risk.

Individual results depend upon numerous factors beyond our control, including experience, market conditions, capital availability, timing, execution, and personal decisions.

We make no guarantees regarding profits, investment returns, financial success, or business performance.

Past performance does not guarantee future results.

Examples shared during our training represent individual experiences and should not be interpreted as typical results.

Each Member is responsible for conducting independent due diligence before making any investment decision.

We strongly recommend consulting qualified legal, financial, accounting, and tax professionals before investing.

16. Artificial Intelligence

Certain communications, customer support interactions, educational recommendations, or administrative processes may be generated or assisted through artificial intelligence technologies.

Human oversight may be applied where appropriate.

17. Third-Party Services

Our Services may integrate with third-party providers including, but not limited to:

Stripe
Meta Platforms
Google
Vimeo

We are not responsible for the privacy practices, availability, or content of third-party services.

18. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in:

Fraudulent activity;
Payment abuse;
Unauthorized account sharing;
Violation of these Terms;
Abuse toward staff or community members;
Illegal conduct.

Termination does not entitle the User to a refund.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Latino Investment Club LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of or related to the use of our Services.

Our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the User to Latino Investment Club LLC during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

20. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Latino Investment Club LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, instructors, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

21. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, internet outages, cyberattacks, labor disputes, pandemics, or other force majeure events.

22. Arbitration

Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration.

The arbitration shall take place in the State of Wyoming and shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.

Both parties waive any right to participate in class actions or jury trials to the fullest extent permitted by law.

23. Electronic Communications

By using our Services, you consent to receive communications electronically, including emails, SMS messages (where you have opted in), invoices, notices, and legal communications.

Electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

24. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Updated versions become effective immediately upon publication unless otherwise stated.

Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

25. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.
